SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery

We will process your order after your payment is confirmed. Orders confirmation placed before 14:00 (or 2:00pm) Monday-Friday will be “dispatched at the same day”, while orders confirmation placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. If you confirmed on FRIDAY (after 2 p.m) or on Weekend (Saturday and Sunday), your order will be processed on Monday next week. We also do not process order on public holidays. Please note that our order process is checking the payment, preparing and delivering the items to the shipping company.

We will ship your order if there are no problems occurring in terms of payment. All orders are dispatched by the Shipping Company. They need to be signed for on receipt. The shipping company needs certain amount of time to deliver it to you, varies from 1-2 days for domestic and 3-8 days for international deliveries. 

Fast Delivery

If you want to get it earlier (earliest within 2 days after you confirm the payment), please choose “Fast Shipping” upon the check out.

Delivery to Multiple Addresses

You can ship to two or 3 addresses but you need to make 2 or 3 separate orders.

Shipping Rules & Regulations

  • We are not responsible for any risks of loss of the merchandise after The Shipping Company delivers to the designated address.
  • Customers are responsible if the Shipping Company can’t deliver the items on time due to incomplete address, no recipient name at the address or the recipient rejects the items.
  • If the items are returned to us, customers are obligated to pay the shipping fee one more time if the mistakes are due to the customer’s conditions.
  • If there are any shipping errors coming from us, we guarantee that we will give free shipping to the customers.
  • We are also not responsible for any additional taxes and duties charged. If you decide to refuse the delivery, you are responsible in all fees charged by shipping company- both for sending and returning the item back to us.
